Repairs Scheduler job temporary to start asap for Housing Association - 30K temp equivalent! Your new company A brilliant new opportunity is available to work for an award-winning Housing Association in the Richmond area to work in their busy repairs team as a Repairs Scheduler on a temporary, potentially to permanent basis. The organisation has a reputation for supporting the local community and has won awards for its investment in their employees. Your new role Your new role will be to deliver a superstar service to the organisation's customers through answering customer queries from start to finish through email, phone, webform, and social media within agreed SLAs. You will triage all jobs raised in line with contractual scope to define and allocate the correct service level agreements. You will ensure that booked appointments are met by monitoring daily work volumes and ensuring efficient use of resources. You will work with operatives and subcontractors on emergency and routine maintenance appointments, deal with complaints and monitor activity through CRM systems.

What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered you must have experience in customer service and scheduling, ideally within a maintenance, engineering, housing or local government business where you have worked closely with arranging engineers and maintenance bookings. You will be able to deal with complaints and have good IT systems experience, ideally with CRM. You must live locally in the Richmond area and be immediately available to start.

What you'll get in return In return you will be offered a temporary contract until April 2025, with the potential to go permanent with a salary of just over £30,000, temporary equivalent pay is £16.74 including holiday pay of 34 days per year including bank holidays. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8-5pm with an hours lunch and are fully on site. What you need to do now
