We are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to support the care and maintenance of our Social Housing properties. This role will be responsible for various operational matters, including managing maintenance contractors and planning various renovation and repair projects. Your goal is to ensure our premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike.
Desirable Requirements: Experience with Social Housing. Core trade being Carpentry, preferably. Experience in an office-based role within the building trade. Full UK driving licence. DBS check.
Duties: Legal Disrepair Charge hand role. Pre and post inspections. Raising jobs, allocating to specific tradesmen, and adding the required job codes. Assisting operatives on site.
