Repairs Surveyor
Hourly Rate: £38 per hour (Umbrella) Location: Enfield and North London Job Type: Hybrid (Onsite/Home/Office), Temp to Perm Start date: Flexible We are actively seeking a Repairs Surveyor to start in the North London area (Enfield and North London). The role is initially on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent after 3 to 6 months. Day-to-day of the role:
Conduct inspections across various properties to diagnose reported issues. Prioritise repair work and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion. Instruct and oversee contractors to ensure repair work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations. Ensure all repair activities adhere to health and safety guidelines. Update the in-house CRM system on a daily basis. Provide professional advice on property repairs and maintenance strategies. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repair schedules, and completed works. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in a general repairs or maintenance role. Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in report writing and record keeping. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members. Good IT skills and experience of producing written reports.
