Reporting Accountant

We are looking for a Reporting Accountant to join our team in Peterborough. In this role, you will be supporting the reporting manager and our Audio team. Our Team, the Audio Accounting Team, is part of the Bauer Shared Service Centre, which provides expert in-house accounting services to the Bauer UK Audio Business. The Team ensures that our Management Accounts are produced timely and accurately and supports the needs of the Business and the requirements of our Group Head Office in Hamburg. This role is a full-time hybrid position. We would like you to work from home and our office location in Peterborough. However, we want to find the right people to work at Bauer, and we know that the traditional 9-5, five days a week doesn’t suit everyone. What you will be doing: Production of Management Accounts for the relevant area and liaising with the relevant stakeholders. Business Analyst Reconciliation of Balance sheets. Ad hoc tasks to ensure the Month End deadlines are met. What you will bring: An accounting qualification or qualified by experience. Advanced Excel Knowledge. The ability to manage a busy workload during the month-end accounting cycle. Self-motivation and the ability to multitask to manage deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Desirable experience of S/4 Hana would be an advantage but not essential. Interested? - then we would love to hear from you!
