Are you a data and information guru, looking for more than simple number crunching?

We have the data; can you bring it together? To put our cards on the table, we have a LOT of data, from different sources, in different forms, and different teams. We are looking for that someone special who thrives on bringing information together so our team can see the big picture.

Reporting to the General Manager of Performance and Innovation, this role will bring innovation and a technical lens to our data management practice.

You’ll have curiosity and a passion to apply new technology, AI, and practice, and be looking for a role that contributes to solutions. You’ll be able to identify needs and locate what data will help to inform decision making. With a need to be busy, high level of customer service orientation, and fantastic communication skills, you’ll be able to engage our team and share data insights that drive business outcomes. Flexibility is everything! Part-time or full-time options, and flexible West Perth and/or Wembley locations on offer. It doesn't get much better than that!

Our team is diverse, knowledgeable, passionate, down to earth, and hard working so you’ll be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changes on the go. In your bag of tricks and skills you’ll have:

Ideally a degree in Business, Commerce, Information, or similar, but this is not a deal breaker

Demonstrated ability to source, prepare, and present accurate data under tight timeframes

Demonstrated communication and stakeholder engagement skills to identify needs and solutions

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment – you’ll be someone who thrives when busy!

Amazing organization skills while being calm on the outside and delivering

Ideally experience in the Health or Community sectors, but this is not required; we are open to fresh eyes and perspectives

National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
