As a driving force behind Royal Mail’s dynamic forward-thinking Knowledge Management team, you will ensure SLAs are achieved by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify issues, resolve them promptly, and coordinate the management of accurate data for reporting. About the Role: Reporting into the Reporting Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all reporting activity is accurately undertaken in the areas supported by Knowledge Management – namely the international business unit, with suitable controls and reconciliations. You will also: Manage a sub-team to ensure all reporting activity is completed in line with SLAs and critical deadlines. Maintain a catalogue of tasks, times, and ensure end-user processes are accurate and up to date. Ensure SLAs are achieved with data suppliers and liaise with them to ensure that issues are identified and resolved promptly. Monitor systems and processes, including those provided by GBI and other Technology partners, to ensure data is available to meet deadlines and performance is maintained. Develop and deploy agreed process improvements to deliver performance improvement (service, cost, and quality). About You: To truly excel in this role, you will possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below: Process management and improvement experience, preferably with the use of Alteryx, VBA, PowerBI, or similar. Experience reporting against multiple complex data sets, including data manipulation. Good communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical matters to a wide audience and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to respond at pace to changing requirements in business performance reporting. Ability to digest and action requirements and to identify and recommend alternative options. Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative to deliver to tight timescales. Financial qualification preferred but not essential. Extra Benefits: RMG Share Schemes:
