Reporting Officer focuses on work with complex data in excel, turning it into meaningful insights, while building effective relationships across adults’ health.

What the role involves

• Work with complex data in Excel, turning it into meaningful insights, while building effective relationships across Adults’ Health.
• Produce governance and incident reports, with clear insights and presentations for senior management.
• Analysing operational, workforce and performance data to ensure accuracy and inform decisions.
• Develop key reports and dashboards (e.g. staffing, capacity, activity).
• Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, responding to information requests and supporting meetings and projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting HR initiatives, workforce reporting, and ongoing professional development.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant experience in analysing and presenting data clearly, with strong Excel and Office 365 skills.
• Other roles you may have experience of may include: Technical Support Officer, Digital Transformation Officer.
• Travel to various locations within Hampshire and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
