Their independent technology and industry-leading software tools have pushed them to the forefront of pre-press agencies. Key Responsibilities of a Repro Operator/ Retoucher:
Ensures high-quality standards in all production client deliverables. Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality basic to intermediate or complex level artwork, effectively using industry standard software, tools, and print techniques. Performs assigned tasks within the overall Production workflow to required specifications, industry and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the client's brand guidelines and standards. Delivers high-quality Reprographics to printer specifications. Flexo and colour retouch to client targets and standards. Additional duties as assigned. Experience Required for a Repro Operator/ Retoucher:
Experience in a pre-press or related field required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient computer software skills within Apple Mac equipment and operating systems, plus Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization. Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines. Ability to work overtime as necessary.
