In return, we will explore what is possible for the role. Role Responsibility Lead the production of Verification Validation Matrices (VVM's) to support the technical design assurance process. Ensuring the requirements management approach meets with HS2 standards and the Contract Works Information requirements. Briefing and liaising with the wider project team and subcontractors on the requirements management processes, through the design, construction & handover stages. Assisting other disciplines in their interactions with the DOORS Database(s), and other related requirements management tool supported activities. Development, set up and management of the requirements management database. Driving innovation in the requirements management approach. Facilitating monitoring and regular reporting on the performance of the requirements management process. Facilitating recruitment and training processes. The Ideal Candidate Essential: Experienced in the use of DOORS, or a similar tool, to manage project requirements. Appropriate professional qualification or equivalent experience in System Engineering. Capable of working collaboratively and effectively with project delivery teams and building relationships with all levels of stakeholders. Strong communication skills. Desirable: Previous experience of working on large infrastructure projects, multidisciplinary teams, in particular experience in civil engineering or rail would be an advantage. About the Company The role will work on the HS2 project. HS2 is the UK's new high speed rail network. It will be a catalyst for economic growth across Britain, freeing up space on the existing railways and connecting 8 out of the UK's 10 biggest cities with fast, reliable and frequent high speed services. The Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) is delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. Scope of works includes twin-bored tunnels (TBM), SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge demolition and reconstruction, services diversions, earthworks and the construction of site compounds.
