Formulating, testing, and improving products while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Performing quality control release testing. Benchmarking competitive products. Supporting the continuous improvement of our product portfolio. Involved in commercial aspects of the business such as costing and client communication.
Who are they looking for? BSc in Chemistry or similar. Industry experience within Fuels, Lubricants, and Oil research and development department. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all business levels.
