Tallented is working with an Executive Search team, specialising in the Civils and Infrastructure industry, who are seeking an experienced and resourceful Research Associate. With approximately two years of experience in Executive Search recruitment, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality research support and identifying top-tier candidates for senior-level assignments within this dynamic sector. This role offers flexibility, making it ideal for someone who either prefers to focus solely on research or is looking to transition into a Search Consultant role in the future. As a Research Associate, you will work closely with the search team to devise and execute assignment delivery plans, including identifying target companies, creating research strategies, and working to project milestones. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting detailed research using various methods, such as internet and phone-based research, to identify suitable candidates. Over time, as you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to engage with candidates directly, promoting opportunities, assessing their suitability, and understanding their career motivations while maintaining confidentiality. Key aspects of this role include managing multiple tasks effectively, meeting assignment deadlines, and applying creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges. You will also contribute to business development by identifying potential opportunities through your research activities. Additionally, you will assist in creating professional documents such as Candidate Briefing Notes, Adverts, Longlist Reports, and Shortlist Reports while ensuring that all data is accurately recorded in Encore. For those interested in transitioning into a client-facing role, this position provides an excellent opportunity to develop consulting skills and take on greater responsibilities over time. You may also participate in client meetings to interpret their requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
