Join us as a Laboratory Manager in Measham! Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of FSi Research development and regulation goals, including but not limited to capturing ideas and innovations, measuring projects against KPIs, management of the R&D laboratory, and ensuring that FSi/Promat remain compliant across the range of systems and products manufactured. What you’ll do: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth running of operations Act as a key interface between production, commercial, marketing, and technical teams Conduct audit testing Report and present data to key stakeholders Deliver FSi R&D and regulation goals Measure projects against KPIs Manage the R&D laboratory Maintain a strong focus on health and safety What you’ll bring: Experience working within a laboratory environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Methodical approach Manufacturing experience would be advantageous We are named the world's #1 most trustworthy company in the construction sector by Newsweek and Statista in 2023!
