THE ROLE As Research Director, you will lead and drive high-quality research projects and programmes during a maternity leave period. The role will involve managing key client accounts, helping shape the strategy and operations of the research team, and mentoring a team of talented junior and senior researchers. The successful person will also play a key role in business development by crafting and proposing bespoke research solutions for prospective clients. The team gets together a minimum of 2 days per month in the office (South London). You will need to live in the UK, and there will be occasional international travel.
YOU We're looking for the following profile: Proven track record in leadership, and able to deputise for senior leadership as needed. Solid and extensive quantitative research agency experience. People management skills. Strong relationship management skills. Skilled in project management, quality control, and supplier management.
