We have an amazing opportunity for a Mixed Methods Research Director to join our talented Insight team. We’re looking for someone who is: an established, agency-side, Research Director with experience in retail/FMCG sectors an accomplished account manager, able to champion the accounts owned, build long-lasting relationships and maximise their growth potential able to create winning proposals for large and complex projects, incorporating Kokoro’s unique blend of human understanding and strategic thinking able to manage and resource projects of all sizes, especially proficient in large scale, complex, strategic ad hoc projects able to produce high quality, story-led outputs at speed, that demonstrate strategic thinking & drive activation for our clients a team player who can be hands on with qualitative moderation and data analysis when needed, as well as line manage, coach and motivate junior team members A feel-good role you’ll love: our supportive, collaborative culture meaning we are stronger together being free to experiment in a place which enables and welcomes insatiable curiosity turning insight into action, creating real impact for businesses a competitive salary (£65-75k) a wide variety of employee benefits and generous holiday allowance (28 days plus Bank Holidays & your birthday off!) hybrid (ideal being 3 office days) & flexible working practices a well-supported career development plan & access to our wellbeing support initiatives
