Reservations Executive in Bristol

to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators. In this role, it will be your job to provide consistently outstanding and delightful guest experiences, as well as taking responsibility for understanding, meeting and even exceeding your own objectives and KPIs. You'll be responsible for answering telephone, emails, webchat and resolving any issues in a professional manner. A role less ordinary. Ensure that you are fully conversant with relevant company policies, processes and operations, products, rates, brands, promotions and services. Answering telephone, emails and resolving issues in a professional manner, in keeping with each brand approach. Follow edyn policies and procedures to ensure that customer service processes run smoothly, and the customer is satisfied. Handle reservations and general guest queries and product information requests in an efficient and timely manner and to maximise guest delight and sales opportunities. Manage changes to existing reservations if necessary. Who you are. Previous experience in a customer support or facing environment ideally in hospitality (but this is not essential). Exceptional interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Patience, good listening skills and the ability to show empathy. The ability to learn quickly from your experiences. Be able to make decisions and use own initiative.
