Resettlement Officer

Resettlement Officer Enhanced DBS is required This role involves working in Joint Living Property (HMO)/Supported Accommodation Move on roles, blending responsibilities of a Support and Inclusion Officer and Landlord Liaison Team Procurement. The candidate must be able to work face to face with customers in these settings; therefore, remote work is not an option. This is a hybrid role with a regular local presence required. Responsibilities: Maximise this short-term post to support providers and clients to move as many people who are ready to move on from supported housing as possible. Ensure provider staff develop a good knowledge of all move on options across the BCP area to support their clients in the future. Develop staff and client recognition of the importance of daily activities and structure for people moving on. Ensure positive relationships are in place between supported housing providers and other housing providers, partners, and landlords/agents to secure a steady supply of good quality accommodation.
