Your Role Tasked with being in charge of the onsite residence staff; you will grow your leadership skills by assisting your residence leaders in guiding their groups from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable. Roles run from May/June - August/September 2025. Responsibilities Working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students. A live-in position that sees you having the overall responsibility for a hotel/residence and the students/staff who are staying there. Supervise a team of Residence Advisors to ensure our students have a home away from home experience. Manage room assignments, coordinate arrivals and departures, and ensure a seamless experience for our students. Liaise with residence owners and staff on anything from cleaning, maintenance, to theme events and safety. Requirements A flexible approach to hours of work undertaken is essential. Experience of managing or leading a team desirable. Highly motivated, energetic, positive. Customer service orientated, friendly & approachable manner. Able to remain calm under pressure & to diffuse potentially difficult situations. Sensitive to needs of international students living away from home. Excellent communicator with students, colleagues, and external clients. Attention to detail, organized & thorough.
