£65k-£75k plus benefits Our client is urgently seeking a Resident Engineer in their London office. You will join a leading provider of all construction-related services that embrace technology and pioneering new techniques. They are seeking a talented candidate who can deliver a range of projects and work as a positive team member to provide technical advice. The ideal candidate will be a proficient communicator who can liaise at all levels with internal and external parties and demonstrate extensive engineering and project management experience. About you:
Degree in civil or structural engineering Experience working on projects and being responsible for day-to-day workload Supervising design and production output Confident in communicating project updates to senior management Capable of working on challenging projects, delivering within programme Experience managing colleagues to ensure tasks achieve project milestones In-depth knowledge of CDM Regulations The successful candidate will carry out on-site tests and inspections, audit sub-contractors, and monitor & maintain records to produce quality reports.
