We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Resident Liaison Officer to join a new team in Cumbria working with a very well-established and highly reputable client who offers their services to hundreds of thousands of properties across the UK.

As a Permanent Resident Liaison Officer, the overall aim is to deliver exceptional customer service to the company staff, clients, and residents, working in a timely manner to a high standard and to meet the client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers, Bell staff, and clients Deliver pre-work notifications and manage appointments Handle customer complaints and issue resolution Conduct customer surveys (door-to-door and phone) Assist with project administration and quality plans Scheduling of works Drive team to successfully deliver agreed KPI's Liaison with the full team regarding reactive works Support community projects as needed Update client portal Requirements for the role of Resident Liaison Officer:

1+ year in a similar role Excellent customer care, communication, and organisational skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) Full UK driver's license GCSE English & Maths (Grade C or equivalent) Benefits of this role:
