Act as the primary liaison between residents and the project team. Ensure that residents are kept informed and updated on project developments. Address and resolve any resident queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate access to properties and assist with any necessary arrangements for the duration of the project. Provide regular reports to the project team. Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the project. Key Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience as an RLO is essential. Strong IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be organised, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Own vehicle and ability to drive is required (mileage will be reimbursed). Based in or local to the Medway area.
