Job Duties:
First point of contact for customers, engaging through face-to-face meetings, via e-mail, and telephone. Communicating updates to customers, site teams, and internal stakeholders. Providing a high level of customer aftercare. Liaising with contractors. Managing expectations of customers and site teams.
Experience Required:
Direct experience as an RLO is essential. Ideally, you will have experience from a contractor in an RLO or community engagement role completing planned/reactive maintenance. Must have very strong communication skills. Must be able to deal with difficult customers in an empathetic manner and come to a resolution. Must have experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure role.
