Customer Liaison Officer - Work on retrofit schemes within social housing Role Overview:

Primary responsibility is to deliver an unforgettable experience and support customers throughout their journey while improvements are being made to their homes. You will build positive relationships with customers, ensuring they are fully informed, constantly consulted, and always listened to. Working within the Social Housing sector is essential, retrofit experience is desirable. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all activities related to the customer journey, from introduction to the completion of works. Visit customers in their homes to monitor progress and promptly address any concerns or issues to prevent escalation. Support the site manager in all activities affecting the customer experience. Investigate and resolve complaints within agreed timescales. Resolve access problems or other social issues. Identify community initiatives to fulfill social value commitments. Assist in developing continuous improvement opportunities linked to all activities affecting the customer journey. Essential Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative and logical thinking skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Confidence and organizational skills.
