Resident Liaison Officer

£ 24000 - 28000 per annual, Inclusive of Car plus Bonus Carlisle Up to £28,000 Inclusive of car allowance bonus. TSR Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor based in Cumbria who are now actively recruiting a TLO / RLO for various planned maintenance / planned works projects. As an experienced Resident Liaison Officer, you will: Be a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days. Ensure residents are aware of the works processes and communicate any updates accordingly. Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare. Ensure works are completed to standard and manage the expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams. Be a naturally excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Be responsible for your own administrative workload (Booking and following up with appointments, reporting issues etc). The successful Resident Liaison Officer will have: Experience working as a Resident Liaison officer on the client side, preferably within planned/reactive maintenance. Highly organised. Full clean UK driver's license and own vehicle.
