A fantastic opportunity to work for an M&E Service Provider who are currently recruiting for a Resident Maintenance Engineer to work at a large commercial site based in Tunbridge Wells. This role is offering a salary of £41,000 per annum depending on experience. Working days only 6am - 6pm, on a continental shift pattern consisting of 2 days working, 3 days off, 3 days working, 2 days off etc. There will be fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.

Required to be very technically strong with great fault finding abilities and a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment. The role of Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical plant & building services. Additionally, the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.
Duties:
Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to: PPM's FCU's Emergency lighting Fire alarm testing UPS BMS Generators 3 Phase power supply AHU's Water treatments
Skills Required:
The successful candidate MUST have: At least 5 years experience within building maintenance Must have City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical installation or equivalent Must have 18th edition Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
