My client, a leading build-to-rent operator, is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a high standard of service across their residential buildings. This role is perfect for someone with team management experience, a background in building management or senior concierge roles, and a proactive, customer-first approach. About the Role As a Resident Services Supervisor, you will support the Resident Services Manager in managing front desk operations, facilities, and maintenance while leading a team of Resident Services Assistants. You will play a vital role in delivering a seamless resident experience and maintaining smooth building operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain exemplary Health & Safety standards and encourage a positive culture around safety. Oversee maintenance requests, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and liaise with contractors. Lead by example in providing top-tier customer service, resolving resident issues professionally and efficiently. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and associated administration, ensuring all processes are completed to a high standard. Manage team training, development, and daily operations to promote a positive and effective work environment. Ensure the security of the building, including managing fob access, parcel deliveries, and CCTV monitoring. Support resident events and initiatives to foster a sense of community within the building. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of team management experience, preferably in the build-to-rent sector or similar roles. Strong knowledge of building operations, plant machinery, and facilities management. Organised, proactive, and flexible with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems. A can-do attitude with a goal-focused mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills. Why Join our Client?
