With the continuous opening of new Meriton buildings and acquisition of new managements, our Building Management team is growing! Are you an experienced Building or Property Manager seeking to work in a variety of Meriton's Iconic Buildings in greater Sydney? With your customer-focused outlook, excellent communication skills, and previous Property Management and Building Management experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day building operations of a Residential Building. Initially, supporting the team as a Relief Building Manager is an integral function in the everyday Building Management activities to serve our clients. You will be supported by a vibrant operations management team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office property management team. Role requirements: At least 2-3 years’ experience in a combination of property or building management. A proactive work attitude with a strong customer service focus. Strong knowledge of Strata, property, and building management. Must have own vehicle for travel in Greater Sydney (allowance provided). Be available to work on Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies. You must hold an Assistant agent certificate or Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License.
