Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Home Manager / Care Home Manager / Registered Manager to manage one of their wonderful care homes situated on the Isle of Wight. This fully compliant care home boasts high calibre bedrooms and fantastic gardens. The home has a great reputation locally and provides care and support to frail older people with residential / elderly frail care needs. As Care Home Manager, you will ensure high-quality care is delivered to people with elderly care needs. Candidates should have strong business and marketing skills, as well as strong knowledge of CQC legislation, audits, and safeguarding. As the Care Home Manager, you will ensure the highest levels of care are delivered at all times. You will join a care home provider that has very high care quality standards, ensuring the care home remains compliant with CQC legislation and retains an excellent reputation in its local area.
