Registered Manager Woodbridge, Suffolk Up to 52k I am looking for a Registered Manager to run a beautiful care home in the gorgeous town of Woodbridge in Suffolk. The home is in a peaceful setting providing high quality residential, dementia and respite care, and plays an active part in the local community. In this Registered Managers role you will: Manage the home to ensure it is delivering high-quality care Recruit, train, motivate, and retain leading to a fantastic team of staff Ensure that the care needs of residents are paramount Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home Communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors Create strong links with the local community. Run a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home For this great Registered Manager post you will need: Experience in Managing a Residential Home The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide an excellent service of person-centred care. A good working knowledge, with a proven record, of CQC standards The ability to be a good team player A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful care home.
