Are you looking for a new Care Home Manager opportunity in the beautiful location of Evesham? Please keep reading! On behalf of an established and ethical organisation, I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager or experienced Deputy to lead the team at this stunning and small Home.
The Company: The Company is established in their own right and offers ongoing support and professional development for all their staff. They have a wonderful reputation and are growing steadily as a company. They are experts in the industry, with an approachable and experienced Senior Management team who will support day to day.
The Home: The Care Home is a small to medium-sized stunning Residential Care Home. It has a wonderful reputation and a number of longstanding residents and staff. The successful Home Manager will ensure that the home's brilliant reputation is maintained and strive for outstanding care. You will be supported by a Deputy Home Manager, admin staff, and HR function. You will also be supported by a group of Directors, who are hands-on, approachable, and will support you through the best of times and the challenging times.
The ideal Home Manager will: • Be a Home Manager or experienced Deputy looking for a step up. • Have excellent knowledge of CQC, Compliance, and Safeguarding. • Be experienced in carrying out assessments with excellent skills to ensure your residents receive the best person-centered care possible and your staff have a positive role model.
Qualifications and Experience of the Nursing Home Manager: • Level 5 or working towards • Management experience • Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude to management • Excellent people and staff management skills - excellent communication and delegating skills.
