We are looking for a Service Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded provider of support to people with Learning Disabilities in a Supportive Living environment.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Service Manager to manage a small service in Herne Bay. The services comprise of self-contained apartments set within a property in its own grounds.
You will be required to lead a team and ensure that you deliver a well-coordinated service provision. Coordinate and supervise staff to achieve the highest standards of practice, customer care, and positive outcomes. You will also need to carry out direct support with service users, work professionally alongside the team, and liaise closely with families and carers.
