As a Residential Care Manager at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring that a high level of quality care is provided to residents and meets all statutory and regulatory requirements aligned to company procedures.

About the role:
The Residential Care Manager will lead the residential community leads providing strong knowledge, leadership and management to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship centered care and dementia care.
Salary:
£36,000 per annum
Shift Pattern:
37.5 hours per week.
Home Location:
Bretton Gate, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for residential care in the home.
Deputise for the Clinical Care Manager during periods of absence.
Lead, manage, support and inspire the residential teams to deliver outcomes for the home.
Responsibility for leading residential care delivery in the home and the compliance in the residential communities in accordance with internal and external regulations and requirements.
Training, Skills & Experience Required:
A passion for care – we’re looking for a genuinely caring individual who will put the needs of our residents first.
Minimum of two years’ shift leadership and management experience.
Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.
