Here at Invigor Adolescent Care, we support children and young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join our specialist team who would love to support our children (up to the age of 17 years old). As part of your role, your duties will include:
Building positive relationships with the young people and children we support.
Working alongside our existing team, offering a diverse range of exciting and varied activities. We encourage you to share your interests and hobbies in the home.
Supporting with day-to-day living tasks such as housekeeping, cooking, and cleaning.
Engaging, listening, and communicating in a variety of ways while demonstrating emotional resilience.
Completing paperwork and report writing. Full training will be given.
The details:
You will work a rolling five-week rota with shifts over 7 days, with enhanced overtime rates of pay.
5.6 weeks annual leave (including bank holidays).
If you are not qualified, don’t worry; we will support you to achieve the Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner.
We provide full training and support in managing challenging behaviours.
We have full-time permanent roles with good career development opportunities and ongoing training.
