Specialist Children's Home (Learning Disabilities) - Herne Bay
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting children and young people in all aspects of their care.
Your role is to provide direct care for children and young people, supporting them to achieve positive outcomes in all aspects of their lives.
This position is hugely influential in the lives of vulnerable children in care. Residential Support Workers will have a life-changing impact on their quality of life, safety, and outcomes.
