Residential Care Worker (Job Share) – Exmouth

We’re seeking Residential Care Workers to join our inspiring team supporting our students (aged 9-25) to develop their independent living skills while supporting their education. The role will be in either our new adult residential centre or part of our on-site residential flats at the academy, both based in Exmouth, just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach. Every day as a Residential Care Worker is different. You’ll be supporting our young people who live in our Academy Residential Home to develop their independent living skills, as well as organising social activities, such as activities in the local community, trips to the beach, cinema, or bowling, as well as trips further afield. Our students spend their day in our School or College, some also doing work placements or qualifications elsewhere, after which they return to our residential care flats.
