As a Centre Manager, you will:
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the centre according to established standards and objectives.
Manage the course budget and finances.
Work collaboratively with the host school, sales team, parents and agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure an excellent overall experience for students.
Oversee the supervision, support and discipline of students, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
Induct and provide leadership to all course staff, establishing a positive and collaborative working environment.
Be on call and respond to emergencies as they arise, demonstrating quick thinking and problem solving skills.
Ensure the well-being and safeguarding of students is prioritised at all times.

Culturally sensitive - You demonstrate an understanding of cultural differences and ensure an inclusive and respectful environment. Enthusiastic - You are passionate about working with young people and providing outstanding educational experiences.
