We are recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor with residential experience to join our client's dynamic team in their Oxford office.

In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services across various projects while upholding the practice's high standards and adhering to the RICS code of ethics.

Key Responsibilities: Conducting building surveys and producing detailed reports. Managing contract administration and overseeing refurbishment projects. Handling Party Wall matters and providing Building Pathology reports. Carrying out Reinstatement Cost Assessments and capital expenditure planning. Writing specifications for various projects. Requirements: MRICS qualified. Proven experience conducting building surveys on residential properties. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Enthusiastic, client-facing, with strong interpersonal and business development skills. Strong verbal and numerical abilities, with excellent report writing skills. Package: £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience). Transparent performance-related bonuses. Laptop/iPad, mobile phone, and drone provided. 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Discretionary annual bonus. RICS membership fees covered. Out-of-pocket expenses and car allowance. Pension scheme.
