We are seeking passionate and dedicated Children's Residential Care Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care to our young people. We thrive to provide a safe, nurturing environment. The young people in our care receive tailored support to fully meet their individual needs. As a care worker, you will support us in doing so, playing a critical role where you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and ensuring the wellbeing of the children in your care. Driving License is preferred but not essential Must be over the age of 21. EXPERIENCE - Supporting individuals with learning difficulties / health and social background. Sleep in rate: £73.89. Rate of pay: £11.50 to £11.75

- dependent on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities: To provide exceptional care and support to the young people. Build positive relationships with firm boundaries. Support with building confidence and self-esteem and safeguarding the children at all times. Participate in activities and hobbies that help develop young person's life and social skills. To provide for the young person's needs such as cooking, washing, and shopping. Being assigned a Key Child - being a fundamental role in their day-to-day life and advocating for their needs. To adhere to all policies and procedures. Report any concerns immediately to Team Leader / Management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour plans.
