Proactively support the young person’s care plan
Utilise company's pool carsin order to transport/support young people to and from school, health appointments etc. Please note that all pool cars are manual
Ensure a regular log and record of events is maintained including night observation/medication checklist
Prepare and write reports in accordance with the child’s needs and organisational requirements
Ensure professional standards in line with individual and team performance plans
Requirements : Genuine commitment to welfare of resident children
Previous experience of working with children and young people is desirable
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent is a must for Senior roles
Flexibility to work long shifts and sleep ins
Full UK driving license
Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
