Randstad are looking for residential childcare workers to work with a multi-award winning, highly rated residential childcare service. Salary ranges from £20,000 to £35,000 depending on experience. The service supports children with social, emotional and behavioural issues ages 10-18. You'll learn and develop with the children as the service loves to upskill their team and promote from within. You will create a stimulating and safe environment for the children to thrive, and you will thrive alongside them!
