As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will: Provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to children and young people with disabilities during their short stays. Help create a positive and engaging environment that ensures every child feels valued, safe, and supported. Be a key member of a dynamic and supportive team committed to excellence in care. Enjoy flexible shift patterns, including sleep-ins and waking nights, bringing variety and balance to your role. Who We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who: Have experience working with children and young people, especially those with disabilities. Understand safeguarding policies and procedures. Are skilled in record-keeping and maintaining accurate documentation. Hold a full driving licence (or can meet the mobility requirements of the role). A competitive salary starting from £12.68/hour (£19,780.80 annually for 30 hours) and up to £15.16/hour (£23,652.97 annually). Full-time equivalent salary ranges from £24,398.40 - £29,172.00/year. Additional payment of £62.64 for every sleep-in shift undertaken.
