ASAP Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated registered manager to join their 3 bedroom children's home. The Role:
This is an exciting and valuable role, dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where every individual receives personalised care and support. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the home, safeguarding and promoting the delivery of high-quality individualised care to the children and young people that live in the home, ensuring consistency in line with organisation values and the home's statement of purpose. Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years at a senior level within a Children's Home Hold a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with a demonstrated commitment to obtain a NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Children's Services or equivalent Previous experience and knowledge of the Ofsted Regulatory Framework for Children's Homes A track record of providing a highly specialist evidence-based service for Autistic children and young people Experience in organisation and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members Benefits:
