Working as a Residential Children's Home Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference for young people in care.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Using your experience to lead a team which encourages children to develop a positive sense of self and ensure that professional standards are maintained to a high level. Supporting your team to provide trauma-informed nurturing care for each child. Providing effective support to staff, including advice and guidance, reflective supervision and annual appraisal. Working in partnership with young people, their family and friends, colleagues, and other agencies to achieve the best outcomes for each child in your care. Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a smooth transition when a young person leaves care. Requirements: Proven experience managing a residential children's home. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Knowledge of safeguarding, children's rights, and trauma-informed care. Ability to develop positive relationships with children, families, and professionals. Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service?
