Exciting Opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor – Join a Leading Legal 500 Firm in Hereford
Are you a talented conveyancer or solicitor looking to make your mark in a top Legal 150 firm? Our client, based in central Hereford, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team on a hybrid basis, offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000.
Role Highlights:
- Manage your own diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, new builds)
- Handle lease extensions and auction transactions
- Supervise junior fee earners and support staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and introducers
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external audits and follow firm policies and procedures
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, including complex transactions
- Knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues
- Familiarity with CQS and panel memberships
- Business development skills with proven experience in client relationship building
- Strong IT skills with an openness to system development for efficiency gains
