The property team handles a broad spectrum of work, including: Investment property sales and purchases Landlord and tenant matters Property lending transactions Residential property transactions Clients include UK PLCs, major banks, telecom operators, housebuilders, offshore private companies, private individuals, and trusts. The Role The Residential Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and transfers of equity New build purchases and shared ownership transactions Assisting with property lending and development projects The role requires a proactive and client-focused individual who can manage their own caseload while working as part of a supportive and experienced team.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: 1-5 years' experience in residential conveyancing Strong technical knowledge of property law, including landlord and tenant matters Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive approach to problem-solving and client care The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
