An exciting full-time opportunity to join a respected and longstanding High Street law firm known for its professionalism and client-focused approach. The firm already has a strong client base alongside referrals. We are seeking a Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best client outcomes. Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (3 years PQE). Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using case management systems.
