Your new role The role will see you handle transactional conveyancing work, including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing of end-user and investment properties (both freehold and leasehold). It also includes development finance and reviewing, reporting, and advising on title matters. What you'll need to succeed Our client is seeking a Qualified Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer with extensive experience in all areas of residential conveyancing, capable of managing matters from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience with high-value transactions, complex residential property transactions, lease extensions, and commercial/development finance over residential property are beneficial.
