Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a traditional and established law firm who have a strong regional presence in the East Midlands.This role will be based at the firms Ashby-de-la-Zouch offices and is an additional role in the team due to recent growth of the department.
In this role, you will hit the ground running with a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, transfer of equity, remortgaging, new build, and part exchanges.The traditional nature of the firm means that you can run this caseload from inception to completion and have exposure to the complete conveyancing process, with the support of a paralegal. Whether you are a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancers or Fee Earner qualified through experience, if you have strong residential conveyancing experience and come with a driven, proactive, and practical approach, then the firm wish to hear from you.
