A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a leading and award-winning law firm based in Bridgend.
This role will offer you a varied caseload including dealing with sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion. Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner. Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders. Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers. Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
