A fantastic new role has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or fee earner qualified by experience to join an award-winning firm based in Malton. Our client has a significant presence in the Yorkshire legal market and is established and well-regarded for the high-quality work they produce and the excellent client care they provide.
Working independently on files but within a wider team, you will be responsible for handling your own varied caseload of conveyancing matters where you will have full autonomy. This includes freehold, leasehold and new build cases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and the more complex property transactions. They require a fee earner who can handle transactions from start to finish.
