Joining the busy Residential Conveyancing team, you will be managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase matters including reviewing contracts, exchanging contracts, dealing with transfers of funds, remortgage matters and drafting Declaration of Trust.
The firm will consider applications from those who have strong residential conveyancing fee earning experience and who are keen to provide the best client care possible to the firm's client base.Client's care is a priority for the firm, and they would like to bring in a like-minded individual to ensure that clients always receive the best possible service.
